Ntc33 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. ntc33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login information.
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
- Notify ntc33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As an ntc33 user, you agree to comply with all rules and policies set by the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all activity on your account adheres to applicable laws and regulations.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs within the ntc33 system.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Making transactions using a credit card or bank account that does not belong to you.

Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ntc33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using approved payment methods registered in your own name. ntc33 does not accept payments from third-party accounts.
Ntc33 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect users from fraud. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on your chosen payment method. The latest details on these limits are available in your account section after logging in. ntc33 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment service provider.
In certain circumstances, such as suspicious activity or unusually large withdrawal requests, ntc33 reserves the right to delay processing until an internal investigation has been completed.

Ntc33 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding its suitability, availability, or the accuracy of the information provided. ntc33 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Account Policy – Suspension and Closure
Ntc33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to comply with identity verification requests, or if directed to do so by a competent authority. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be returned, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ntc33 customer support. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to successful identity verification.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Ntc33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from the use of the ntc33 platform are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
